Enterprise Parking Solutions Ltd is a company that provides car park management services to other businesses. They have a list of recognisable clients, including McDonald’s, B&M, Costa, Aldi, Burger King and many more. 

The services they offer are designed to help the private business operate a legal car park and to deter car parking abuse. For example, Enterprise Parking Solutions may provide the business with signage, cameras and issue parking tickets to stop repeat offending. 

The company is an accredited member of the British Parking Association (BPA). 

Enterprise Parking Solutions ticket explained

Enterprise Parking will identify motorists who don’t pay for parking or overstay the maximum time allowed for their clients. They are most likely to do this with special cameras that monitor vehicle movements using their number plate. But they may also identify offenders with on-site wardens. 

When they spot a driver guilty of a parking contravention, they will leave a private parking ticket on the vehicle, or send it to the registered vehicle owner – as stated by the DVLA – at their address. They can ask the DVLA for the address because they’re members of the BPA. 

Today, the private parking ticket (also called a Parking Charge Notice) can cost motorists up to £100. But in the future, this is set to be decreased to £50 at most for the majority of parking contraventions on private land. There is a discount applied for paying within 14 days.

Enterprise Parking Solutions – “do I have to pay?”

You might end up having to pay your Enterprise Parking Solutions. But it all depends on how you react and what lengths Enterprise Parking Solutions is prepared to go to to get their money. 

Let’s explain. 

A Parking Charge Notice isn’t a real penalty like a council parking fine. It’s comparable to an invoice from the business. What happens after you appeal?

After your appeal has been submitted, Enterprise Parking Solutions Ltd has up to eight weeks to respond in writing. They will tell you the parking fine has been cancelled, they need more information or the fine was rejected. If they miss the 56-day deadline the appeal is automatically approved. 

Rejected appeals can be escalated for free to an independent appeals service. Enterprise Parking Solutions must explain this process when they reject your appeal.
